Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using iTechSoft services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

iTechSoft provides IT consulting, software development, digital marketing, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Mobile Application Development
• Software Development
• IT Consulting
• Digital Marketing
• E-Commerce Solutions
• Design Services
• IT Management
• Satellite Software Updates

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms
• Providing necessary access to systems, data, and resources
• Reviewing and approving project deliverables in a timely manner
• Maintaining confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed methods

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in work products developed specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment. iTechSoft retains rights to any pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and general knowledge used in providing services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any other sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

iTechSoft's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". iTechSoft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services except as explicitly stated in individual service agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

10. Modifications to Terms

iTechSoft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of New York.
