World’s Cheapest laptop will launched by India.. just £7
Believe it or not, next time you can have a laptop for just £7. That is the average cost for a drink in a pub. maybe it sound strange but that will happen after Indian government unveiled their plans to on Tuesday to produce a laptop and sell it for just £7. That is for sure will be the world’s cheapest laptop computer.
According to Indian government they will work for the prototype and probably will be ready within six month from now. However, there are some question hanging at computer experts. As the price is really low they still wondering how good this laptop could be. For them £70 is more suitable and reasonable price.
Not much information are being provided at this moment but some details of the laptop are scarce, its creators say it will connect to the internet wirelessly, come with a reasonably fast 2GB memory and use just two watts of power.
Actually many people were sceptical that the computer would be anything more than a ’souped up calculator’, while others suggested its announcement was tied to forthcoming Indian elections. Whether its true or not we just wait and see.
