The charge for it may up to £51 per month for 50Mb service. Compared to what you will get I think the price is still under radar because you will experience nine times faster than regular broadband currently available in Britain which is  the average speed is actually about 5.5Mb.

According to Virgin Media this service would allow consumers to download films in just three minutes, TV programs in a minute and an album of music in a little over 10 seconds. Just one word I can say. WOW!

New alert: Koobface now looking for Bebo

Have you remember about the treat of Koobface to Facebook? Now this virus looking for one more social  sites called Bebo. Actually Bebo is a social blogging site which so far having 45 million users worldwide.

As what happen to facebook, Bebo member also will received ‘messages’ from their friends with subjects such as ‘You look awesome in this movie’. Following the link prompts them to download updates, such as an updated video player.

ScanSafe detected the virus’s now jump to Bebo.Mary Landesman, senior security researcher at ScanSafe, said: ‘Those who click on the link will be greeted with a message that they need to update their Flash player to view the ‘video’.  There is no video nor is there an update – it is all just a ruse to get users to infect their own system by installing the Trojan”

The same caution over the past half dozen years still remains true: don’t click on links in emails received unexpectedly, even if that email appears to be from someone you know.’

Earlier, Social network MySpace, owned by News Corp, was hit by a version of Koobface in August and used security technology to eradicate it. The virus has not cropped up since then.

Facebook where the second place to be their target has told members to delete contaminated e-mails and has posted directions at www.facebook.com/security on how to clean infected computers.

The first ever virtual world for Muslims unveiled

This maybe a great news for muslim.The world’s first virtual world for Muslim just launched today, following in the footsteps of popular online communities such as Second Life. This program known as  Muxlim Pal allows consumer to look after a cartoon avatar or ‘pal’ who can move around the world, which promotes Islamic culture.

Users can buy gift such as tea sets with online currency to give to their friends and pals can also go to prayer rooms and dress in clothing including hijabs.

Every pal can  change their number of meters such like govern spirituality, happiness, fitness and knowledge. It accordingly as the task carried out by the character.

After launched the virtual world the founder of Muxlim Pal,  Mohamed El-Fatatry said “We are not a religious site, we are a site that is focused on the Muslim lifestyle” He added “As no other virtual world offers a family-friendly environment for our community, we felt there was a need to cater for the people who were being left out.” According to him the website was create to Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

Alert!:’Koobface’ virus attack Facebook users

This is a bad news for Facebok user. They are being hit by a virus known as ‘Koobface‘ which will seeks out personal details such as credit card numbers. This virus attack PC users through the social network’s messaging system by sending a message with subject like,” You look just awesome in this new movie”

Once the user download that software their computer automatically will be infected. According to McAfee when users try to use search engine’s site like Google, Yahoo, MSN and Live.com they will bring to some contaminated sites. in their blog entry on Wednesday McAfee already alert this news.

Previously , Myspace which is a Social Network owned by News Corp ever hitting by the same virus on last August. Security technology has been used by them to eradicate this virus but sadly it has not cropped up since then.

Until now McAfee still cannot identified the perpetrators behind this virus. The people who create Koobface are improving the malicious software behind the virus in a bid to outsmart security at Social Network site like Facebook and MySpace.

‘The people behind it are updating it, refining it, adding new functionalities,’ said McAfee’s Schmugar.
